En Bruto’s cooking courses last approximately three hours and are to all levels: from those who are looking to have a fun time cooking or meeting new people through a different activity, to those who want to improve their culinary skills and learn about the latest generation of tools and utensils. The Spanish cooking courses are perfect for tourists and foreigners who want to learn about Spanish culture through its gastronomy. Chefs Luca Simonin and Diego Lezama will be teaching international cooking (Italian, French, Mexican, Thai, Chinese, Japanese, and Peruvian/Nikkei) and more technical courses to improve your culinary skills, such as rice, dough, creative cooking, or the course dedicated to plant-based cooking (vegan and vegetarian). The chefs at En Bruto are Luca Simonin Carrera, trained at the Basque Culinary Center and the University of Navarra, expert in nutrition and gastronomy. Diego Lezama Cardim has been trained in gastronomic sciences and culinary arts at the Basque Culinary Center.
